Certified Nurse Aide

Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma Certification in long term care

• Able to work a rotating shift of 4 days on 2 days off

• Friendly Care-based personality

• Must be able to meet criteria for hire based on state hiring practices

Certified Medication Aide

Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma Certification in long term care

• Current Oklahoma Certification in Medication Aide

• Advanced Medication creditials preferred

• Friendly Care-based personality

• Able to work as a nurse aide or medication aide

• Must be able to meet criteria for hire based on state hiring practices

Charge Nurse

Requirements:

• Current Nursing License for LPN or RN with no restrictions

• 1 year experience preferred

• Current CPR training
